   B. I’m concerned about the problems you face.

             D. For women, affection has little to do with sex

   A. Conversation:  Bible teaches that me are supposed to dwell with their wives according to knowledge

  -the protector

  -little white lies

We should be gentle in confrontation

Proverbs 15:1 A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.

A gentle answer

Represents Godly character. Colossians  3:15

Replicate Jesus

Repels Anger

Refreshes the other person

Reason Needs are Not Met
1,. Ignorance is the inability to understand and appreciate the other’s needs, or thinks they know everything. Matthew 7:4
2. Selfishness is an unwillingness to meet those needs. One is a heart problem, and the other is a head problem. One can be solved by information, the other is repentance. Both have to be addressed to improve. Eph 6:4
SIDE NOTE: Children: Father’s should be involved in every aspect of their children’s lives.

(Zachariah and Elizabeth) He had been praying for a long time for a child and then after the angel tells him they will have a child - he questions Gabriel in unbelief.  Zachariah was disciplined-  he couldn't talk until John was born) Then Gabriel goes to Mary and she believed and Gabriel blessed her.

NOTE: How do you see what is going on in your life?

Silent anger is just as offensive to God as explosive anger

1. Don't nurse your anger- remember anger is a choice

A Second Touch (it didn't work completely the first time)

1. Are you one of those people? (they brought a friend)

2. Do we care enough to beg (they pleaded to Jesus)
3. Are you willing to let Jesus do things His way? We just need to get out His way. Do not put Him in a box.

4. Do you need a second touch? v 25 Sometimes you have to own where you are to disown who you are.

(they believed Him enough to follow Him, but not to trust Him)

Undeniable Evidence

1. There was a spirit filled change in their attitude

2. Spirit filled faithfulness

5. Spirit filled boldness- Undeniable evidence in their witness

*A crisis or a trial reveals who a person is (I.E)- Peter was going to go back to fishing even after the resurrection… then he received the Spirit

2. These are trials or afflictions - not self made

3. They are God allowed struggles upon you

A. They should make us spiritually stronger - works patience v. 3
